Barnes & West Ltd has been providing specialist brickwork services in the East Midlands for over 49 years and has built a reputation of delivering quality brickwork safely, within budget and on programme. Our technical expertise is frequently called upon by our clients and if a solution exists, our team will find it.

The company normally operates with around 40 to 60 gangs of bricklayers and therefore has the flexibility to allocate resources to meet any project programme. We employ our own brick cutter with mobile bench saw to ensure all brick cutting is undertaken safely and with precision, brick patchers to ensure all work is finished to the highest standard and jet washers to clean down the brickwork should this be necessary. We are also able to offer a telehandler and driver to service all trades at a very competitive price.

Health & Safety is given high priority, and we carry out spot audits on a regular basis to guarantee our high standards are maintained. All direct employees and subcontractors hold CSCS cards. We are also CHAS and SMAS accredited.

We continually strive to produce brickwork of the highest quality and have been awarded NHBC awards for our brickwork on a number of sites over many years.

We undertake projects of varying sizes ranging from thousands to millions and can tender from Bills of Quantities, schedule of agreed rates subject to measure as the work proceeds and lump sum prices taken off drawings. We aim to deliver great value.
