New site for Barnes & West

Barnes & West are honoured to have recently started work on our fourth site for Persimmon Homes, working on the new phase at Gedling. This is alongside the Hallows Rise development we are building for Charles Church, along with Broomhill Lane, Mansfield and the also recently started Regency Grange, Clipstone for Persimmon. 

This development for Persimmon will see 140 properties built on the Colwick Loop Road in Nottingham, ranging in size from two-bed to five-bed.
